A weekly advanced Iyengar® Yoga class for experienced practitioners and teachers, dedicated to the in-depth study of more complex āsana and prāṇāyāma. Through sustained practice, precise observation and progressive refinement, each session develops embodied sensitivity, discernment and understanding. For teachers, the class explores connections across the Level 2, 3 and 4 Iyengar® Yoga syllabi, offering new perspectives for both personal practice and teaching.

IN DEPTH CLASS
A weekly Iyengar® Yoga class with Chiara Travisi, designed for experienced practitioners and teachers who wish to deepen their understanding of āsana and prāṇāyāma through sustained, attentive practice.
WHEN
Every Wednesday, 9:00–10:30 a.m. Italy time (CET/CEST).
The class is taught live simultaneously to students in the yoga room and online. Main Language is English.
A SHARED LIVE EXPERIENCE
Chiara teaches from a dedicated platform framed for the camera, while a screen in her direct line of sight allows her to see and hear online participants. Students at home remain fully involved in the guidance, feedback and dynamics of the class.

Each class is recorded and added to the Recordings Library. Practice + Theory members have access to recordings corresponding to their selected level. Guided Journey members can access recordings from both Grounding Intermediate and In Depth Advanced.
WHAT YOU NEED
Props: 2 bricks, 3/4 blankets, 1 bolster, 2 belts, 1 chair and your preferred Sarvāṅgāsana set-up.
